For packages, the full amount is paid upfront. For pay-per-lesson, payments must be made before each class to confirm your booking.

Yes! Choose flexible pay-per-lesson or save with a monthly or 3 month package.

We understand that plans can change, and we try to be as flexible as possible:

• If you cancel before your course begins, you’ll receive a full refund.
• If you need to stop partway through, we can arrange a partial refund for any unused lessons (within the set timeframe).
• If you can’t make it to class, just let us know at least 24 hours in advance, and we’ll gladly reschedule. Missed lessons without notice can’t be refunded.

Our goal is to make sure you feel comfortable and supported in your learning journey.

We want to keep your learning journey smooth and stress-free. Your lessons and resources remain available as long as payments are up to date.

• If a payment is missed, access will simply pause until things are settled, no penalties or extra charges. 
• We’ll also send you a friendly reminder so you don’t lose track. Once your payment is complete, you can pick up right where you left off.

Absolutely! We know life can get busy. If you give us at least 24 hours’ notice, we’ll happily reschedule your lesson at no extra cost.
